The bottom-of-funnel machine

Three steps to $10–30K a month from a single TikTok Shop account — the exact AI method I pioneered, start to finish.

By the end you'll pick winning products the algorithm is already paying to promote, turn them into high-quality AI videos, and post them so TikTok can't shut you down. Everyone is doing this. They just never assemble all the pieces. Here are the pieces.

A Groundwork · the map

First, know exactly where you're standing

Every TikTok Shop sale lives somewhere on one funnel. Pick the wrong floor and you'll chase views that never convert. We live on the bottom floor — on purpose.

Top of funnel
Awareness & interest — get eyeballs on the product
High views · low conversion
1M views, ~1 sale / 5,000
Middle of funnel
Consideration & intent — educate and warm them up
Mid views · mid sales
Bottom of funnel
Evaluation & purchase — close the sale
▶ You play here
200–300 views · a sale every time
Fewer eyes. Buyers only. Every video that lands on a good product prints.

Why the algorithm pays you to sell down here

GMV Max is the system TikTok added in late 2025 to auto-fund winning videos with ad spend. Bottom-of-funnel weaponises the one thing it actually measures.

01
You post a bottom-of-funnel video
A clean AI product video with a hard, click-first hook — “huge deal, act fast.”
02
TikTok's AI scans one metric: click-through rate
Not video quality. Not what you say about the product. Not even purchases — just clicks.
03
High CTR pulls the ad budget onto your video
A human has to attach ad spend up-funnel with a spark code. GMV Max does it automatically — the AI reads your CTR and funds you.
04
The purple icon appears — you're now running on TikTok's money
That little purple tag on a video means ad spend is behind it. That's the whole game.
The key

Bottom-of-funnel wording — “huge deal,” “act fast,” a re-titled cart — drives clicks, clicks drive CTR, and CTR is the only thing GMV Max rewards. That's why the best on TikTok Shop today aren't top or middle. They're bottom-of-funnelers — and the next wave is AI bottom-of-funnelers.

01 Step · pick the product

Let Kalodata hand you a winner

Product research is the whole ballgame. Get the professional plan so you're not view-limited, then copy these filters exactly — they surface products the algorithm is already funding.

FilterSet it toWhy
Date rangeYesterdayA 7-day window hides a product that spiked early and is already crashing. Yesterday keeps every number honest.

Sort byItems sold, high → lowVolume floats to the top. Only chase products doing 100+ sales a day.
The three-part gate

A product only passes if it clears all three

01 · NON-NEGOTIABLE
Ad spend (GMV Max)
The purple icon on 80%+ of videos across pages 1–4. This is the gate. No ad spend, nothing else matters.
02 · ROOM TO WIN
Low saturation
Under 250 creators. A 4,000-creator product is a locked door, not an opportunity.
03 · PROVEN DEMAND
Sales volume
Over 100 units sold in the past day. Below that there isn't enough demand to ride.
Watch out

Ad spend is like the hook of a video. If nobody sticks past the hook, the value inside means nothing. If a product has no ad spend, every other metric goes out the window — I'd rather you pick a product with amazing ad spend and terrible everything-else than the reverse.

02 Step · make the video

Turn the product into an AI video in Higgsfield

Pull the product images from Kalodata into Higgsfield's image tab. Every prompt you ever write follows the same three-part shape — then you animate it.

The prompt formula
1 · Reference
“Only use images 1–2 as a reference for the products from images 3–4.”
Tells the model which image is the real product.
2 · Product
“Put the product from image 2 on a cream-coloured marble kitchen table with natural lighting.”
Want two? “Put two of the product from image 2 side by side.” Swap the surface for any scene — a dark-brown makeup vanity, etc.
3 · Closer
“Photorealistic, matching lighting.”
Locks realism. That's it — every prompt, same three parts.
Never do

No contradicting or real brand names in the scene. If you stage a makeup vanity, write “nameless makeup” in the background — competing brands in your shot is a fast way to get flagged.

The video motion

Drag the image into the video tab — one motion does it all

Slow arc, side to side
A gentle arc-camera pass across the product is the whole shot. Use the all-purpose motion prompt on every product.
Right speed — not too fast, not too slow
Swooping too fast or crawling too slow can earn a violation. A touch faster or slower than the demo won't kill you; stay near that pace.
No invented product info
Check the render isn't making up text or details on the sides of the product. Download, drop into Google Drive, send it to your phone to post.
03 Step · post it right

Post it so TikTok can't take it down

The video is done. Now the on-screen text — three lines — and one trick that stops TikTok flagging your page for repeating yourself.

The banner stack

Three things, top to bottom: a click line, an urgency line, and the full product title. But the words matter — TikTok's TOS now bans the obvious ones.

✗ Banned by TOS
“Huge sale”
✓ Use instead
Huge deal
✗ Overused
“Ends soon”
✓ Use instead
Act fast
Also banned

Never use “sale,” “discount,” or “free shipping” on-screen — TikTok will delete the video. Swap in the safe wording every time.

The redundancy block

Stop your page looking copy-pasted

TikTok scans your profile for redundancy — every post saying “huge deal / act fast” looks like spam. So you hide it.

Copy the full product title
Grab the product's complete title text.
Lay a vector block over the banner
Drop a shape over the repeated banner area, paste the full title in, and balance it so each post reads as unique.
Skip hashtags entirely
Bottom-of-funnel doesn't run on hashtags. Add the product link, name it anything you want, and post.
The whole system

One gate. Three signals. Then AI and post.

Zoom out and it's simple: find a product TikTok is already paying to sell, render it with AI, post it clean. Do that on repeat and the days take care of themselves.

The next wave

TikTok just capped IRL bottom-of-funnel so it can't stay profitable the way it used to. Everyone now has to pivot to AI bottom-of-funnel, move up-funnel, or get out. You're reading the pivot — you're early. Any product IRL creators can't physically touch is yours.
